Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and colinkoko, the Korean sole proprietor that operates Goblin3D. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 14 and at least the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you are below the local age of majority, you may use Goblin3D only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. In Korea, majority begins at 19.

A paid purchase may be made only by an adult or with valid authorization from a parent or legal guardian. A legal representative may cancel a minor's unauthorized purchase where applicable law permits. We may request reasonable proof of age or authorization.

• Provide a valid email and accurate information, and keep it current.
• Protect sign-in links, connected Google accounts, devices, desktop sessions, and API keys.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer an account or allow others to evade restrictions through it.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent allowed by law. We may limit sign-in attempts, sessions, API access, or generation concurrency to protect users and the Service.

Goblin3D provides tools to create, process, store, preview, publish, synchronize, and export supported 3D assets, images, sprite sheets, and animations. Features may rely on third-party AI, hosting, storage, authentication, security, and payment providers.

AI results are probabilistic. A result may be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, similar to other results, unsuitable for a particular engine, or subject to third-party rights. You must review outputs before using or publishing them. We do not promise that a prompt will produce a particular result or that every format will be compatible with every tool.

Goblin3D identifies generated media as AI-generated in the Service and may include an AI-generated filename, metadata, or response header in exports. You must preserve or add any disclosure required by law for your use case and must not present generated media as authentic evidence or a real person's statement when that could mislead others.

You retain the rights you have in prompts, uploads, and other content you provide. As between you and Goblin3D, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. Copyright or exclusive rights in AI-generated material may not exist in every country, and Goblin3D does not guarantee ownership, registrability, originality, or non-infringement.

You grant Goblin3D a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested Service. This operational license ends when the content is deleted, except for protected backups, legal records, and processing already initiated.

Free-plan generated outputs are public. When an output is made public or published to Community, you dedicate the output to the public under CC0 1.0 to the fullest extent permitted by law. Anyone may copy, modify, redistribute, and use it, including commercially, without attribution. The CC0 dedication is irrevocable for copies already made available, even if you later unpublish or delete the listing. You also grant Goblin3D the operational rights needed to host, display, distribute, cache, and promote it. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or publish, including a person's image, trademarks, and copyrighted works. CC0 does not remove third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights you did not own.

You may not use Goblin3D to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• create or distribute sexual abuse material, exploit minors, facilitate violence, fraud, harassment, or other serious harm;
• upload malware, steal credentials, probe security, disrupt systems, or bypass technical or credit limits;
• scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or automate the Service except through an expressly provided API and within its limits;
• misrepresent AI output as verified fact, professional advice, or authentic evidence where doing so could cause harm;
• use another person's identity, private information, or confidential material without authorization.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect users or providers, comply with law, or prevent material harm. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to appeal through support.

Prices, taxes, included credits, generation costs, concurrency, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes payment, tax, refund, and transaction information. You authorize the displayed charge and, for subscriptions, recurring charges until cancellation. Taxes and currency conversion may depend on your location and payment provider.

We may change future prices or plan benefits. A material subscription change will be announced before the next affected renewal as required by law. It does not retroactively change a completed one-time purchase.

• Credits are used in this order: promotional, subscription, then separately purchased credits.
• A generation reserves the displayed credit amount when work starts.
• Reserved credits are captured when the billable work succeeds.
• If the job fails or is cancelled before billable completion, the reservation is released. A provider result already completed before cancellation may still be billable.
• Credits have no cash value, do not earn interest, and cannot be sold or transferred unless Goblin3D expressly allows it.
• We may correct duplicate, mistaken, fraudulent, refunded, or chargeback-related grants and ledger entries.

The credit price shown immediately before a request controls that request. If a required price is unavailable, the generation should not start. Keep a copy of important outputs; credits do not guarantee indefinite storage of files.

You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal when available or by contacting support@goblin3d.ai. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves paid access available through the current billing period. Credits granted for that period still expire at its end and are not rolled over merely because the subscription was cancelled.

The detailed Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In summary, a user may request withdrawal within 7 days of purchase. An entirely unused purchase is eligible for a full refund. If digital service or credits were already used at the user's request, the value of the used portion may be deducted or the right to withdraw may be limited to the extent permitted by law and after the required notice and consent.

After 7 days, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, but duplicate charges, incorrect charges, material service defects, undelivered credits, and rights that cannot be excluded by law remain eligible for review. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and the corresponding credits or benefits may be removed.

Third-party providers may impose acceptable-use, model, license, or technical terms on features they power. Open-source components and downloadable formats may have their own licenses. Goblin3D is not responsible for third-party products you connect or for changes outside our reasonable control, but this does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or product reasons. We will give reasonable notice of a material adverse change where practicable. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, and emergency security work may cause temporary interruption.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, serious risk, unpaid charge, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. When the Service ends without your breach, we will handle unused paid benefits as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties not stated in these Terms. Goblin3D does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular AI results, commercial success, or that an output is free of third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those rules, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Any additional limitation will be applied only to the extent it is fair and enforceable under the law governing the user.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any mandatory protections you have as a consumer in your country. The parties should first contact support and try to resolve a dispute in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, jurisdiction is determined under applicable civil procedure and consumer law rather than by an unfair exclusive forum clause.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or material product changes. Material changes will be announced before taking effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. The version at the top identifies the applicable Terms.
